  • How often should I have my pool cleaned by professionals?
    At minimum, pools require weekly cleaning and care to ensure they stay in good condition, especially in the warmer weather. Some pools may require more frequent cleaning due to excess debris from trees and swimmers.
  • What does pool maintenance service include?
    Full 15-point service and inspections. Includes skim, brush, vacuum, and filter cleaning as well as chemical balancing, water quality, pump, and filter maintenance.
  • Do you offer one-time cleaning services or only regular maintenance plans?
    Yes, we offer one-time cleaning services, pool openings, pool closing, green to clean, pool party (before and/or after) cleanings, call us with any of your pool needs.
  • What should I do if my pool water appears cloudy or green?
    Depending on the severity, it may be best to call a local pool professional. Many times, using the wrong products can make your situation worse and more costly in the long run.
  • Can you assist with pool equipment repairs or replacements?
    Yes, we can provide maintenance, repair, and replacement of pool pumps, salt cells, pool filters, lights, etc.
  • How long does a typical pool cleaning session take?
    A typical pool cleaning can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1&1/2 hours depending on the pool size and condition.
  • Is Duck Dive Pool Services insured and licensed?
    Yes, we are licensed and insured.
